22,000-square-foot food hall + 86,000 SF Duke Energy Innovation Center in the Optimist Park neighborhood in Charlotte, NC. The project is 92% leased. Merritt is intimately involved in all aspects of the development, from conceptual drawings, to a projected opening date of June 2019. Development, construction and leasing were executed with with co-development partners White Point Partners and Paces Properties.

63,000 SF mixed use center located in the Grant Park neighborhood in Atlanta, GA. The project is 90% leased. Merritt has overseen all aspects of the project from concept through design. Larkin is a vibrant, award-winning retail center with new tenants still in opening phases. As co-owner of Paces Properties, Merritt has been involved in all aspects of the project from conceptualization and design to delivery and ongoing operations
